We had a wonderful experience with Kathy Tully with our previous home purchase. We wouldn't choose anyone else for the second time. Kathy went over and above to sell our home and find us a a new one! She took time looking at the house and getting the house staged, and then moved fast on a short timeline. She was patient, understanding of our needs, knowledgable of the area and home buying process, and extremely professional. She was always reachable and always ahead of timelines. Kathy is wonderful and hardworking! We could't be happier! We've already recommended Kathy Tully to two friends looking to buy/sell.

Kathy was exceptional in helping me understand the whole process of selling my condo and buying a new home. Kathy listened to my needs as a single father, really listened, and would find homes for us to look at that fell within my "needs" list.
With Kathy's help and advice the entire process of selling and buy didn't become overwhelming and made it easier for me.
I don't think I would be in the house that we now call our home if it wasn't for Kathy working with us as our Agent.
