Kathy exceeded any expectation that we could of had for this process. A long process of waiting and wondering if the Sellers would ever find a home and through all the extensions and paperwork to be signed, again and again and again...Kathy was incredible! Always timely with any paperwork that needed to be signed and most of all she was always available for questions/concerns re: anything and everything! And she was always available and responsive almost immediately whether it was a text or email...even when on vacation! We can't thank Kathy Tully enough for making a very stressful time as easy as she possibly could!! We will highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. The process of buying or selling a home is a challenging one! Having hired Kathy Tully to sell our home was a great decision. She took on what felt like most of the burden and made the process a lot less stressful and made sure everything ran smoothly. She's very organized and comes w a lot of experience. She's also from the area and was very relatable to my husband and myself. Kathy is a very positive, happy person who I believe generally enjoys helping people and taking part in good things happening for people. I would definitely recommend Kathy to anyone in need of a realtor whether this be their first time or not. She's a huge asset to have on your side!
