Kathy helped hold the deal together under difficult circumstances. The closing was delayed due to multiple issues and the buyer was considering withdrawing her offer. She promptly returned phone call and texts and also handled all the inspections and meter readings, which was greatly appreciated as we lived a distance away from the condo.

I Have worked in the Mortgage Industry for the past 21 years and have met 100's of Great Realtors along the way. None have been better that Kathryn Tully. I cant tell you how good it was to have her on the sale of my property. Her communication was outstanding. Her marketing ides and strategies were exceptional. Kathryn shined most bright when my transaction became difficult (outside of anyone's control) She stood right by me and the task at hand better than anyone I've ever witnessed. Because of her we got to the deal to closing table. I would be happy to go on an on but 2 things a for certain 1) I was lucky to have her! 2) Century 21 is even luckier to have her. She is an incredible asset to your company!!

Kathryn Tully and Maura Allard (Team Tully) won our business because they provided guidance even before we had a contract signed. Their ideas for staging and clearing out were invaluable, their resources limitless, their creative ideas (e.g., commuter open house on a Friday night); helping us price appropriately based on experience and hoped for offers; and then they delivered on ALL of it getting us 6 offers in 6 days after listing; walking me through the value of each offer and prioritizing them; and getting us OVER asking price. Exceeded my expectations. Valued MY input (calling me a "savvy seller" - grin). Outstanding! Very easy to deal with - DotLoop for signing - always available, above and beyond.
