I have to thank Kathy Tully for helping us purchase our first home. It was a lot of fun and the process went smoothly. Could not be happier with the brand new place that we have to live in and cannot complain about the price we paid either. All and all the negotiations were handled wonderfully by Kathy and for that I thank and recommend her.

We could not have asked for more in a broker. Our sale was unusual in that there was a tenant in the place who would not leave the premises. Kathryn connected us with the legal services necessary to move forth on the closing. She went out of her way to complete the transaction by way of emails and several phone calls to secure necessary inspections and services required. She kept us updated every step of the way. She is a diligent broker that we would recommend to anyone.

We live out of state and were not able to make a trip to Massachusets so it was important that we engaged a broker who could facilitate a sale keeping that in mind.

Kathy Tully is knowledgeable, professional and excellent. She knew the quirks of our property and understood how to market it. Not only did she show the property numerous times, she got us through the added time commitment of dealing with a buyer using an FHA mortgage. This was not an easy process but she got us through it with flying colors. She continued to check in and push the process along even when she was on vacation. I have worked with her before and I would work with her again without a second thought. She is the best.
