I would highly recommend Kathy

Kathy knew just what was needed to sell our home. She made us feel very comfortable and explained what was happening every step of the way. She negotiated well for us and this was very important as it meant we got to stay in our home for an extra month- which made moving with a 6 month old much easier. She’s the best around!

While Kathy’s experience in the market is considerable and respectable, it is her adeptness working with various people with different personalities that is of equal value to her and the customer. Real estate is a very personal matter, yet Kathy demonstrates a command of emotional knowledge to know when to step on the gas or hit the break. Emotional maturity is key to anyone who succeeds in their respective industry. I knew very little of Kathy’s proficiency in the market when I chose her. To be candid, the choice was the result of a mere google search and not made based on her track record, which again I now understand is considerable. If I were asked for a referral, I would suggest Kathy and be obliged to speak of her experience. Yet, it would be with relish that I would speak from experience by saying Kathy can and will sell your property because she knows when to ask questions yet also listen for answers along the path to success.
