Katy is a rock-star agent who has taken the Roanoke Valley real estate market by storm. Her tenacity and eye for detail are her biggest strengths working for her buyers and sellers. She always goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are getting the best service and home that fits their individual needs. Born and raised in Salem, Katy has always been a devoted family-oriented and service-driven person; from her early days babysitting to her time mentoring youth at her church, to the hours spent volunteering with Make-A-Wish Foundation, Junior Achievement and her children's schools. She has also been lucky enough to combine her love of sports with her love of real estate in her newest endeavor as the official NIL Real Estate agent for the athletes at Virginia Tech.
