Kelley did a good job with the listing of our house and did a great job of listening to our concerns and answered all questions we had regarding the sale of our house. She conducted the sale process in a professional manner and was very knowledgeable of our area's real estate market. Kelley was available at all times of the day to assist us and the buyer's agent. Terrible. I requested a tour of a house online which was followed by a phone call from Kelley. She asked a few questions and began to mock my stuttering. She assumed I wasn't interested in the house and abruptly hung up on me. I typically never have an issue with any type of service. I don't know why I was treated this way.

Kelly was superhelpful and responsive. Put in time and effort to meet our needs. She was Always ahead of things and on time to manage . Enjoyed workjng with her . She had good negotiation skills and helped us make a good choice when we were buying our house

This realtor was one of the most competent I've ever had any dealings with. She was completely knowledgeable about the areas of the city, and the kinds of homes into which I had an interest in moving. She also understood my financial limits, and provided information about a possible lender for my mortgage, as well as a relaxed atmosphere for proceeding with all the necessary processes required for my search for a suitable place to live.

Best agent in the city! Kelley sold my home for more than $50psf over the average psf sale price in my building! She always showed my unit and it was never on lockbox. Kelley helped me navigate multiple offers and was a dream to work with! The Levy Realty Group is the best in New Orleans and I wouldn't trust anyone anyone else with my real estate needs!
