Hi there! This is an honest review of my experience with purchasing a home with Ariell Galle as my realtor. I worked with Ariell in 2021 with the purchase of my residential home. She was incredible. Knowledgeable about the entire process. She was always available to explain the process via email/text or phone call. She was transparent throughout the entire process. We both found properties. She quickly scheduled visits to view the properties and was honest with me about what was within or outside of my budget when we viewed homes that needed a little more TLC than most. When we found a home that I loved, the deal fell through due to overbidding and she was still very encouraging and positive about the process. The next home that we viewed became my own. She negotiated a really great deal for me. She professionally challenged the sellers agent for necessary repairs and resolved matters within a timely fashion. We were at the closing table within 45 days.
