Mrs.Ausburn has plans and strategies for success. She heard our needs as our house was going to be a generational home with aging parents. We started looking at homes we thought were viable. She heard us speak of the shortcomings and found the one to accomplish our goals. When the bidding started, she was pursuant to helping us stay ahead of the competition. "Check mate" was accomplished and then she began to help in securing the best price. She never left our side and never let us have questions unanswered. While home buying can be stressful, I didn't worry because she had answers for every scenario in securing the home we needed. Mrs. Ausburn is certainly at the top of her game!

When me and my husband were introduced to Kelly, we were excited to meet her and work with her. We told Kelly exactly what we wanted to get and she basically took it from there. She made this process go super smooth for us. We highly recommend Kelly Ausburn at Century 21.

After discouraging meetings with three other local real estate agents, I contacted Kelly Ausburn. Had difficulty locating her as I was misspelling her last name (Auburn). A friend in the Habersham community found her Facebook page and sent her contact info to me. Unlike pervious agents, Kelly saw value in the property (instead of its negatives) and understood its prime location. She advised, and even worked on improvements and upgrades. Her contact list is amazing! She referred competent and dependable craftsmen to work on critical improvements and inspection findings. Kelly maintained calm, credible, and positive perspective, which helped me considerably. I felt confident asking her "What would you do?" I found Kelly to be a creative problem-solver and well respected in the Habersham community. Hopefully, she will soon be selling another property for me.
