I have worked with many realtors but Kelly was far above in all her efforts. She was the first to return my inquiry on the condo and her work continued to be far above the normal of anyone that I have ever used to buy or sell a home. She was pleasant and helpful no matter what assistance I needed from her as I was an out of town buyer. She viewed the condo for me before I could come into town to view it. I arrived a week after the contract had been accepted for the inspection then I was gone again. Kelly knows the area and does research to get the correct answers. Kelly went far beyond her call to duty for me and gave me all the contacts that I needed to get everything ready for the closing. She also went to the closing for me.
