Amazing experience - Buying and Selling!
Ken was extremely professional during the entire process - when my husband and I first contacted him we were not even sure if/when we would move, but he came to our house and explained to us how the market was looking and how we should expect the process to be. We ended up listing weeks before planned, and he prepared everything in literally hours with very short notice. From calling him to prepare the house, to photo, to listing and open house (and multiple offers) it was all a time span of 48 hours. It was very impressive. He helped us choose the best buyers for our house and the process really was so smooth. He was always available anytime I had questions and was even able to help me screening realtors for my purchase in a new city.

Ken was amazing! He did all the things that you would expect from an agent, he showed houses, he walked us through the process and all though other things you need to buy a house. Where Ken really excels is all the other stuff he does to find you a home. Our first trip to the Tucson area was just to check out area and to decide if this is where we wanted to live, Ken spent an entire day driving us around to the different sections of Tucson, giving us an idea of what life in Tucson would be like. He did all of this knowing that he would not make a sale during this trip. When we came back to actually look for a house you could tell that he was more concerned about finding us a home and making sure we would be happy than about making a sale.

Highly recommended, great experience
