Ken Partin

I am a Hopewell, VA, native who grew up throughout the Mid-Atlantic states. I returned to Virginia to attend Virginia Tech and eventually settled in Metro Richmond in the early 90s. I pursued my training in Landscape Architecture and built my career as a highly respected commercial landscape service professional, where I routinely interacted with property owners, presidents of management companies, vice presidents, regional managers, and on-site personnel. I maintain a high degree of excellence in all my endeavors. Understanding what motivates a property owner or buyer and acknowledging client needs and concerns is essential in real estate. My experience with a diverse array of people is my greatest asset in ensuring client success. My daily goals include making clients feel comfortable, relieving them of any stress during real estate transactions, allowing them to work at their own pace, keeping them properly informed through research and education, and creating the best solutions for my clients.
