Enon’s rolling three-month data through August 2026 shows some notable shifts compared with last year. Typical home values are down sharply year over year, with the median sale price off more than 20 percent, while the median list price is up about 11 percent. At the same time, inventory has thinned, with active listings down more than half from a year ago and new listings also falling significantly.
