Hey there! My name is Jonathan and I reside in Chesterfield County. I grew up in Hopewell and spent a lot of time in the Tri-Cities area as a result. I've lived in Richmond, VA for many years after college as well, and am well-versed in Richmond area real estate. I have a wonderful wife and two amazing children. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I worked in the criminal justice field for over a decade. I have always had a passion for real estate, as well as one for helping others, especially in regards to assisting them in achieving their real estate goals - by becoming a realtor with CVA Home Pros and Napier ERA, I am able to put my passion into practice and help my friends, family, and clients realize their dreams. Jon is professional but someone that is laid back and really good company. I told Jon what I was looking for and he immediately started sending me houses I may like. We went to a couple viewings. What I love about Jon is that he is honest. I have dealt with some realtors where they say "well what do you like about the house?" after they just stood in the room at the front. Jon walks with you. He points things out. He gives opinions on what is great/not great about the house. Jon is on your team. You don't want a realtor that isn't truly on your team. Jon almost immediately found us our dream home. On top of that, he helped us sell our current house. With this suggestions and ideas, we obtained 15 offers within a 4 day period. If you are looking for a realtor, look no further. Honestly you shouldn't be looking at anyone else besides Jon. Not only did I find the perfect realtor, I gained a friend.
