Kevin recently helped us with the purchase of a new home and we could not have been happier! He took such great care of us through every step of the process. Going into our purchase we were a little nervous as we were living out of the area at the time and would not be around to keep an eye on the build of our home. Kevin did an amazing job of going by our site regularly and keeping us updated with our home's progress and answering our many many questions along the way. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge, communication and responsiveness. Towards the end of our build we ran into some challenges with our builder. Kevin was a true advocate for us and pushed to ensure our expectations were met. We would HIGHLY recommend Kevin and the entire Sold By Starkey team to anyone looking to buy or sell their home (in fact we've referred my parents)!

Moving across the country, it was very important to us to have someone understand our needs and provide honest input and information for every area we were looking in.

Everyone on the team was very thorough during every step of the home buying process. Kevin never hesitated to respond to our questions and his communication was amazing. Before entering a house, he (as well as Susie and Jen who assisted us) would discuss observations and input on the neighborhood.

Everyone we worked with on the SBS team was so professional and knowledgeable. We felt that they wanted us to have as much possible information in order to make a competitive offer on our house. As we also worked with the office team, we appreciated the proactive approach and speedy responses.

Wonderful. We felt like we really had a whole team with us during the process who provided honest feedback and input along the way.

Kevin and Amanda helped us navigate the process of building a home from scratch with ease. It was very comforting to know they had our backs throughout the entire year that it took to complete. If anyone has any question as to whether or not they need an agent when building new, I would definitely say yes and send them directly to the Sold by Starkey team!

Kevin and Amanda went above and beyond to prep our house for sale in a super strong market where they probably could have gotten away with the bare minimum. There is no doubt in my wife's and I minds that going that extra mile is what got us our extraordinary offer that we accepted.

The Sold by Starkey Team is amazing! I had full confidence and trust in them to get the house marketed and sold for the price we were determined to sell it for. In this crazy market, there's absolutely no way we would have successfully navigated it all by ourselves, nor would we have wanted to! Kevin was infinitely patient in dealing with all of my neurosis and "half-baked" ideas. He got us a fantastic house despite the current market craziness. It was such a relief to be able to trust him so completely given that we were buying remotely. I highly recommend!

Kevin went above and beyond for us! Since we were out of state he would stop by to take progress photos of our new build, keep us updated with any paperwork that we needed to submit, kept us on track the whole time and just checked in with us. His knowledge of the area was very helpful as well since we had no clue about anything around!

Kevin was phenomenal in helping us sell our townhome, visiting sooooooo many houses, and then finally guiding us through the new build process when we decided to build. The market is crazy, and touring houses, and listing your house adds a whole new element of precautions, especially when your client is paranoid about covid (I’m that client). Kevin made sure every agent knew to make sure masks were worn in our home, and we felt comfortable.
Kevin is not a typical realtor. He is an angel is disguise, he was always there when we had concerns, or questions either by text, email, or phone. He was always available to come look at something or walk through the house with us. He is so committed to his clients and takes such good care of them, I would beyond recommend him and his team without question to anyone I know.
