The Sold By Starkey Team helped us buy our first home and it was such an easy experience, they took care of everything for us! This is the reason we called The Sold By Starkey Team when we were thinking about making our next move. As Kevin began showing us houses on the market, Amanda was helping us get the house ready for showings, she even staged it for pictures! In the market we were selling in, houses were selling fast and we knew had to find one before we put the house on the market, timing was tricky but that didn’t stop The Sold By Starkey Team from getting it done! The Sold by Starkey Team did an excellent job for us. Kevin Starkey guided us to neighborhoods and houses based on our original criteria, and was very flexible as we changed the direction we originally were taking. I really appreciated his flexibility and patience.

Kevin always made himself available whenever we had a question and had the knowledge needed to answer our questions. He even made himself available to Facetime with us as our house was being built when we were still living out of state.

As we went through the process of having a home built, Kevin made good recommendations based on his experience, but he was okay if we didn't always do what he recommended.

We interviewed 10 realtors before deciding to work with Kevin Starkey's team. I am extremely detail-oriented, and it was important to me that the realtor we chose was trustworthy, understood the local market, had reliable connections with other people throughout the process (contractors, lawyers, etc), and was able to understand and adapt to our needs.

Kevin and his team were patient, informative, and never made us feel like a burden despite the fact that I asked hundreds of questions and we viewed more houses than I remember over 7 months. I felt they had our best interests at heart, and were never pushing services that were unnecessary. They were generous, inviting us to events they held for their clients. Kevin always let us know when he would be out of town and introduced us to team members who could help while he was out. In fact, we put in an offer on a house with one of his team, looked at homes with a member of his team, and also had yet another member of his team check out a home for us while we were all out of town.
