The biggest reason we selected Sold by Starkey was their availability. Kevin and Amanda answer phone calls, texts, Facebook messages, or emails immediately! They took us on as clients and were showing us homes on the same day.

If you are in the process of buying or selling a home, SOLD BY STARKEY IS THE WAY TO GO!!! Not only did they sell our townhouse in less than a day, but they have made the entire buy/sell process stress free. Kevin was right there to answer any of our questions, and took care of any concerns we had with the buying process. I had to miss our final inspection due to work, no problem, Kevin met Meg at the house, and stayed the entire time. This entire process was completely stress free, and we can't thank them enough for all of the help they have provided over the past 7 months! My wife and I contacted Kevin Starkey on the recommendation of our 2 daughters as Go Realty sold both of their homes. Kevin helped us to purchase our current house, and we had a fantastic experience, so when we decided to sell our rental home, there was no question we would use Kevin again. He was so helpful in getting us ready to list the home and helping us with decisions even before listing. Accepting an offer took longer than anticipated, through no fault of Kevin's. His team had frequent open houses and focused on online advertising to get more people viewing our home. Once we had a contract, Kevin and his team were indispensable. Our buyers were difficult to work with and there were times we just wanted to walk away. Kevin was supportive and encouraging to us, and worked with the buyers for a successful closing. It was a stressful experience, but we are thankful for Kevin for making it much easier than it could have been!
