What can I say about Kim? She is the most amazing broker. I originally contacted her to help me purchase my first home back in 2015. She was amazing she understood immediately waht I was looking for. id not make me loose my time, she took me to beautiful homes until we found the one!!. The she was the best negotiator and we were able to close. She welcomed me with a beautiful basket, always kept in touch through the years, so when I was ready to sell it, the logical choice was Kim.
Even though 8 years had passed she answered me immediately, and understood the dilemma I was in with fixing the house to get it ready to sell. She took charge, organized everything and in 1 week the house was ready to go on the market.
