For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $899,000 in San Diego County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $894,250 in October.
Fairbanks Ranch had 4 new listings and 4 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 22—down 4.35% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
