Kim was absolutely the best realtor I have worked with. She was prompt , responsive, knowledgeable and patient. She nailed the price point for my house and it sold in a day. I can't recommend her and Colorado Flat Fee Realty enough. The charged about 1/5 the price of standard realtors but the service was better.
