I have been working in Real Estate since 1998. I have flipped homes, built rental portfolios, managed construction projects for both residential and commercial properties, worked as a commercial portfolio manager for a publicly-traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) at a brokerage in NYC, built many personal Realtors' businesses and teams, and been an exclusive appraiser for large subdivisions.

I've also of course helped many home buyers find their dream property and helped sellers get top dollar in the shortest amount of time for their homes. My specialty has always been to discover your hidden home desire and bring it to reality.

In 2021 I was a multi-million dollar producer. My list to close ratio is 100%! My list price to sale price ratio is 98%. My average days on market before accepting an offer was just 24 days. For my buyers, the average negotiated sales price from list price was 89%!
