After seeing homes and hearing our feedback on the areas, Kris based on his experience shortlisted a few specific areas in the Denver metro. His primary recommendation was spot on and he helped us find a home in the exact area we wanted. Kris was patient and lead us through the CO buying process from afar - which definitely can add some complexity to the process - we appreciate Kris’ assistance and we were very happy the process.

When it came time to make an offer, he was a patient and master negotiator, sealing the deal for our beloved home! But his diligent work ethic did not end after closing. Kris made sure we were set in our new home, that there was no damages from our seller, and that we had names and contacts for contractors that he has worked with in the past and recommended.
