Castle Pines North had 53 new listings and 36 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 87—up 29.85% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.

Of those 87 active listings, 44.83% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Castle Pines North grew 8.35% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $975,000. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to grow.
