Laura Lee was always available to expertly answer questions I had on the sale of this house. She is very knowledgable on the local realty market and was up front with me on recommending a sales strategy that worked! Laura Lee was a critical link in negotiating with the buyers' agent and the buyers in the resolution of items found in the house inspection. Laura Lee was extremely friendly at our first meeting. Since we were not yet ready to start searching for a home when we met her, we really appreciated her respecting our request to not receive a lot of potential properties until we were ready to start our search.
Once we started our search, Laura Lee was always accommodating when we wanted to see a house. She provided excellent insight. When it came time for the home inspection she was very helpful while working with the inspector.
Her follow up was very timely.
We would definitely use her again, and we would not hesitate to recommend her to others.
