Laurie Callahan

I live in Central NY and was preparing to help my mother move from FL back north to Syracuse. As an out of state seller I knew I needed to find someone experienced with a strong record in the area. Laurie fit this description quite well. My first contact with her happened while she was on a family vacation. The phone connection was bad, but we arranged to talk again in a couple of days. I was wondering... what kind of a person would interupt a family vacation to take a phone call from a stranger. Now I know. Laurie is a dedicated professional who is comfortable dealing with the small worries that every seller has. Her communication is great. Her advice is great. To say that I was impressed is an understatement. There were times that I thought Laurie was even better at hospitality than being an agent. She took care of all the small issues that I wasn't present to deal with, like a final carpet touch up and arranging contractors to clean up some items that the buyer's inspector noticed.
