Because live out of state (AZ) and I was in no rush to sell, I particularly appreciated the fact that Laurie Callahan did exactly what I asked over the course of the listing. I have two other properties listed with her and like the first, I am in no rush to sell. Laurie seems to be a proficient realtor who does not hassle sellers to reduce prices simply so that she can make a sale.
