I am very excited to write this review. I have to say based on previous experiences when dealing with realtors, this one has been the best by far. Laurindo was very engaged in the whole process, not just getting the listing bmaking sure my property was marketed. He was very prepared with all the details about pricing the property. He and his team had an open house the day after the listing, we got 6 offers. I would recommend Laurindo and his team to anyone looking to sell their property in the state of Florida.

After having my property on the market for a little over a year with no offers, I decided to change realtors. Laurindo and Osmary were highly recommended by a friend and we really liked their presentation and professionalism. The property's listing was 100% better with professional photos and videos, they even created a listing of my house on its own website. They answered all my calls and questions, kept me in the loop about everything. Also the marketing they did was over the top and I started having showings in a couple days.
