My years as a Transaction Coordinator and Real Estate Manager have given me an in-depth understanding of contract structure, deal flow, and backend logistics. My experience as a Community Sales Manager with a new construction builder allows me to advise confidently on build quality, timelines, upgrades, and incentives—insight most agents simply don’t have.
