My wife and I recently purchased a brand new home through Chris Vaughan who is a local so he’s very familiar with area. We had a few must haves like anyone buying a home and he was on top of it the entire time with constant updates on what’s to come. What’s makes it every better is we were living in Hawaii until we moved here a few days to closing on the house. The challenge part was the time difference which is 6 hours by the way and with both parties working as well it truly felt as if that was his only goal and that was to find us the perfect home. He also got us a good amount of money back and who doesn’t like getting back money. And the icing on cake is I’ve known Chris for quite sometime now way back when he had his skateboard shop Sole Brothers I shopped with him then personally and now on a home with my family. When I first started looking I called the office and a young lady said she would take me to look for places. I told her I was on a very short time span because I was traveling between Florida and Missouri and only had 2 days. she said she would look up a bunch of places for me and send me an email.
