Lois did an amazing job helping us purchase our first house! She was super plugged into the market and within an hour of a house going up for sale that met all of our criteria, she emailed us the listing and was setting up a tour! Her expertise about the home buying process and presenting a competitive offer was also instrumental for us to go under contract with the house when there were many other offers on the table. Things were so different from when we bought our first home. Lois made everything so easy that we never had to stress. She took on the stress so we could just enjoy the fun of shopping for a home.
