Loree Wellborn

I grew up in a real estate family that owned a brokerage in La Jolla CA. I was on their board of directors at 18 and helped in the family business for a few years before acquiring my real estate license. I began my career at a new home project in Shadowridge in Vista, CA and remained with Brock Homes for two years before joining a brokerage in Carlsbad selling resale homes. I've had the privilege of working with first time home buyers, sellers and investment purchases for the past 32 years. I've won many awards for top sales and production including being a 5 Star Agent for client satisfaction by San Diego Magazine. I look forward to meeting new clients and successfully negotiating on their behalf to make their real estate needs and desires come true.
