We’ve personally handled 35+ home sales and over 40 home purchases in the past three years. We know a ton about pre-sale property prep without breaking the bank, we know how to submit competitive, competent, and compelling purchase offers, and we are savvy with ALL phases of the residential real estate transaction process.

Valerie is a second-generation agent, a full-time Realtor since 1982, and a professional coach for real estate agents nationwide. Erik is also an actively licensed CPA with over 30 years of corporate finance experience. We've been together as a real estate team for the past four years. The majority of families we help come from repeat clients and client referrals, so we must be doing something right!
