Lucy is a jewel! She is so knowledgeable and quickly built a rapport with me and my spouse. She was very professional throughout the process and took time to explain each step. She had no issue with answering questions and putting us at ease when we were getting stressed. She was stern with the builder and seller on getting what we wanted from them. When I started browsing for homes, it was supposed to be just that. I didn't think I'd actually be purchasing a home, I was just curious what I could afford.

Lucy showed me some some properties that offered "creative" financing for veterans. I ended up purchasing a nice home, in a nice area, much earlier than I thought I'd be able to, and am paying no more on my mortgage than I did on monthly rent in a smaller, shared home.

in my first meeting with Lucy Gamez, i was impressed at her interest in my concerns, and she listened carefully to my plans. i received from her a list of all the properties owned and a listing of data for each property. Every suggestion i made she followed up and gave me a report. Since i was living outside Lockhart she was able to handle a lot more than i expected in getting the property ready for market. She personally handled the boxing of items in the house and taking an inventory of each box. She was able to stage the house for maximum vision of what could be. There are many other comments i can make about her, but the most important was her ability to be available to me at all times, her ability to listen, and her ability to use her experiences and knowledge of the current real estate issues as she help market the property She held my hand until the contact was signed and check delievered.
