For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $285,000 in Caldwell County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $308,000 in October.

Luling had 8 new listings and 6 listings that went under contract in September, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 41—up 5.13% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in October.
