I spoke to four realtors before selling my house. Lynn was the first one I spoke to and she ended up being the one I used also. I would 100% recommend Lynn for your Real Estate Agent. I did not have to worry about anything at all. I needed a plumber and she had already taken care of. He ended up being absolutely wonderful also at a way lower price than I even expected. Hands-down Lynn is the best Agent anyone could ask for. TOP NOTCH!!!!!

I worked with Lynn Moore to help sell my dad's home in Nampa. I am a Realtor in California so I had very specific expectations, and Lynn and her team met all of them. Lynn was such a gem to work with - she was extremely responsive by phone and text, always kind and encouraging, and always anticipated what it is I might need; all of these qualities made for a great transaction. As a Realtor I know how to negotiate contracts, and Lynn was terrific at taking my suggestions and negotiating on my behalf - a triple bonus! We had a lot of work to do at my dad's house, and Lynn knew EXACTLY the right people to make it happen - I do not live in-state and had no issues as her team sent many photos.
