I contacted Dan Richards, a former co-worker, when we decided to sell a rental property. I let him know our goals, to sell this property as soon as possible and get a fair price. Dan went right to work. We met at the property for a walkthrough, Dan took some photos and made notes. Dan already had the details of the property. The next day he sent comparables and observations about the current market in the area. I let him know I wanted to price the house "To Sell'. Dan kept us informed and answered all our questions throughout the process. He listed the property on a Thursday afternoon and later that day he presented a full price offer with no concessions. Mechelle is absolutely wonderful! Very knowledgeable and helpful, she goes the extra mile for everything! Incredibly responsive with questions, literally anytime of day. We had a few 930pm conversations. My husband and I were expecting while she was showing us homes, she brought me a snack bag! I just couldn’t get over how thoughtful and amazing of an agent she truly is, not to mention we are from Vermont I found her online and just knew she needed to be our agent!
