Melissa Botsford

Melissa grew up in the West Bloomfield area and started her real estate career at the age of 19, working for a new home builder. She has not only gained work experience but also knowledge from working in all areas of the real estate spectrum. Melissa is a Parish Council Member and a Religious Education Teacher at her local church. Grateful for an amazing group of friends and family, she has built a large referral base and is successful in ensuring her clients are completely satisfied.

Melissa graduated with a B.A. in Marketing from Oakland University, and she holds the SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) designations. She is the 2019 President Elect for the Women's Council of Realtors - 275 Corridor Network, a Habitat for Humanity Oakland County Women Build Committee Member, and a Major Investor/President's Circle member in RPAC, which defends homeowners' rights. Additionally, Melissa serves on the committee for the Young Professionals Network and as Vice Chair for the Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors Young Professionals Network.

In her free time, Melissa loves to spend time with her husband, Jim, the owner and Chief Veterinarian of Woodland Animal Hospital, her teenage son, Daniel, and their dog, Mister.
