Melissa was amazing throughout this whole process. Buying a home in Austin is not what it used to be and she was there to help navigate everything that came up. And on this purchase it seemed that everything that could come up did. I could not have made a better choice than Melissa to be our realtor. I highly, highly recommend choosing her for your realty needs. She went the extra mile to ensure that the whole process went as smoothly as possible. Watters Realty was awesome however, the real reason I am writing this review is because of my realtor, Melissa Guth! Wow! Melissa was the best realtor I could have ever imagined. No matter the time of day, if I had a question or saw a house I wanted to tour she was on it! Her personality and genuinely caring made this process even more special. I never felt alone throughout and even after the process, she was on top of everything! If there was any issues, she was my bull dog ready to resolve any issue! Her knowledge was incredible and she was able to answer any question I had (which there were a lot since I am a first time home buyer). Melissa is someone I want on my side when making a huge purchase. Thank you so much for everything Melissa and Watters Realty for connecting me with Melissa! I couldn't be any happier!

We had an amazing Real Estate Agent from Watters Realty. Melissa Guth was helping us buy a property. She was patient and listened to what we wanted. She never shied away no matter what we wanted to see or where it was. We had a lot of questions and when she didn't know the answer, she had a team she could take it to. What can I say other than she is awesome and amazing. Very sweet and professional all the way to the closing.
