Thirty years ago, I chose South Florida as my new home, and it was perhaps the best and most transcendental decision I have made in my life. Fast forward to today, I have the opportunity to share, as a Realtor, what I have learned about this multicultural and fast-growing area. I have been a client many times myself—seller, buyer, investor in real estate properties, and landlord. I know firsthand how stressful and despairing any real estate process can be if the dedication, consistency, follow-up, and energy needed are not put in to achieve the desired goals. With this in mind, and a proven track record of success, I feel very confident that as a Realtor, I can talk the talk because I have walked the walk.
