Before my husband and I met the Mike Eagle team, we didn't have the most pleasant of real estate experiences under our belt. We often found that real estate agents tended to have their own personal agendas in mind or weren't terribly cognoscente of our strictly communicated criteria. We were on a somewhat aggressive timeline and one of our biggest pet peeves was a lack of responsiveness or delayed responses. What a breath of fresh air it was to deal with this team! First, when we contacted Coldwell Banker to see a property that we were interested in, we received a quick response. Within the same day, we heard from Brittany Schreiber of the Mike Eagle team, and she scheduled our walk through for later that week. Although our first property didn't work out, she sent us potential properties later that night, and she had more walk throughs scheduled for us within the same week. When we did finally find our perfect home, Brittany referred us to Mike, the negotiator and closing specialist.

When it came time to put in an offer, Mike was a great negotiator, and throughout the entire process, kept us very well informed, and kept on top of all of our deadlines. Buying a home for the first time can easily become a very stressful process, but Mike made everything seem so straight forward and easy! By time we got to settlement, all I had to do was show up, sign a few things, hand over a check, and walk out with the keys. Michael was very professional, prompt, and responsive. He was extremely helpfull on scheduling showings around our work hours.
