When Michele Monti is not helping buyers and sellers purchase or sell their home, she can be found cooking in her kitchen or working in her garden enjoying the Vegetables, Flowers and Herbs she has planted and grown. A proud Mother of a daughter in High School and her son who is currently serving in the Navy.

When not focusing on her family and garden, for the past 16 years she has worked as a full-time, full-service Realtor helping people just like you buy their home, sell their home or invest in one. She enjoys what she does, and it shows. For one thing, her average annual production numbers are higher than the national average which can point to hard work, professional competency, customer trust, and the respect of her peers.

Ms. Monti believes that long-term property investments are the single best security a family can have for future financial well-being. By staying current on shifts in area real estate values, she is able to provide meaningful and timely counsel to her clients. Michele has also been a strong community supporter and has volunteered with the YWCA and the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, non-profit organizations that Michele believes have been sources for the betterment of her community.
