We both sold our house and purchased our new house with Michelle. She was excellent in both sides of the negotiation. She was patient with us as we looked at tons of houses and waffled on several, and she wasn't afraid to tell it to us straight if she saw potential issues or flaws with the houses. I never felt like she was pushing in a direction that we wouldn't want to go in. The selling of our house was very complicated, and had LOTS on bumps in the road, but Michelle coached us through it and if she didn't know the answer to something she always did the research to find out and got back to us immediately. I would look to use Michelle again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her anyone who is in the market for buying or selling.
