We sold our Austin, TX condo in August 2020 and purchased a home in Georgetown, TX. The Takao Home Team walked us through every step of the sale of our home, beginning with tips on decluttering, updating, repairs and staging for the best outcome. Thanks to Mike Takao and his team, we were able to sell at the optimum pricing for our area in a short time. When we prepared to purchase this home, again Mike and his team made sure we had all the right inspections, and worked with the Seller’s agent and Realtor to protect our investment. Both closings were stress-free, as Mike advised us in the process to close as the Seller on our condo, and as the Buyer on this house. We are truly grateful we had Mike and his team of professionals working with us.
