Mona Cope served us well yet again! It was a last minute decision to sell our house this year rather than next year. With the crazy market this year, she advised us well in many ways, starting with helping us determine a price for listing when there were not many comps to help guide us. The advise on a "coming soon" listing to give us time to do the necessary prep work before scheduling any showings was invaluable. After a strong curb offer, again, we were advised well to wait for showings. We were in contract within 24 hours.
