Nick Benedict and I had a unique, remote business relationship because I live in So California and he in Colorado. I needed his real estate services to help sell my dads property in the Colorado Springs area.
Despite the spatial distance, Nick was very responsive, helping to explain the "Springs" housing market, involved paperwork and processes and providing me with a link to monitor potential homebuyer visits.
Nick also offered lots of suggestions to improve our chances to sell the home. Despite putting the home on the market in mid-October, close to the holidays, we had about 15 viewings (not counting those who may have seen the home online) and had a competitive offer by New Years.
