I am a first time home owner thanks to Brandon. He made the experience fun and low stress. Brandon was patient and listened to what i wanted. He referred me to excellent professionals a loan officer and an inspector who were also patient and clearly explained all of the complicated procedures. They work so well together that I was able to close on a house (FHA) in about 20 days!!! The housing market was very competitive, Brandon was able to find a house, schedule a showing, and submit an offer all in one day! The market was so competitive that we had to do this several times! He also utilizes an electronic signature application that really cuts back on the whole needing to fax or scan endless documents!

I was checking out the housing market online when I met Brandon and he encouraged me to let him set up some showings so I would have a better idea of what I could afford actually looked like. He would send me a list of homes, I would review them, decide on the ones I was most interested in and go check them out. This was our routine for about 2 weeks when one afternoon we were looking at one house and noticed that across the street was another house for sale. It did not show up on the listings, but Brandon walked over and asked the owner if we could take a look...and before I knew it, I was in love! Everyone says you'll know when you find the right one, they were right! Brandon knew me well enough by now that this was the one, so we made our exit and put in my offer. Come to find out it had just been listed that day, we were the first to see it, and due to Brandon's quick decisions and actions I became the proud owner of that house!
Brandon is a professional in every sense of the word and his knowledge and responsiveness are above 5 stars! He answered every text, call and email as well, making me feel like I was the most important client he had when I knew that I was one of many. He was a stranger when I met him and my family now considers him a friend.
