Jenn was a great realtor she was very friendly and helpful with our search. She helped us find a great location and was very understanding of our work schedules which she helped accommodate to schedule showings. When making offers on homes she was able to write up a offers right away for us. Jenn gave us helpful information on homes we were viewing before our showings which helped us a lot. We worked with Jenn Jones to buy a house In December of 2020 (In the middle of a global pandemic) and she was absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, looking at homes she did a great job of finding places that met what we were looking for within our price range and with the amenities we were looking for.

And then when we proceeded to the purchase portion Jenn was available any time we had questions, or concerns, and really went above and beyond to demystify the entire process. Anything we did not understand she took the time to explain many times well after "working" hours which was a surprise!

Closing went smoothly, and we are now in our new home and much of the credit goes to Jenn as she was absolutely indispensable! If I had to do this again I wouldn't want to do it with anyone else!

Even after the purchase completed Jenn has been in touch, both to pass on well wishes about our new home but also to answer questions that have come up (Like alarm codes we were given and then lost in the bustle of moving) she certainly didn't have to take time to help but she did, even after the sale had completed and she had no obligation at all to do anything more.

I really cannot praise Jenn, or the entire KW Elite team highly enough, I don't even think saying they went "Above and Beyond" is a strong enough statement about the service we got, it was an order of magnitude beyond anything I ever expected at every step of the process.
