Nina is very professional and knowledgable. She seemed to sense what we liked and did not like right away. We found her cheerful at all times and fun to work with. She was the perfect agent for us (and there were 4 of us).

Nina did a great job with us. We are from out of country and she was very knowledgeable about the tax implications of doing the sale for us. We managed to list and close in 23 days! Since we weren’t in Vegas when things needed to be done Nina took care of all the heavy lifting for us.
