Octavio is the best. He was super-responsive, answered all our questions, and knew the area well. He kept a positive attitude throughout our year-plus, 19-visit house search, continually reassuring us that our ideal house was out there (and it was!). He’s very professional (even arriving at showings on a 95-degree day in a sport coat), yet brought a relaxed vibe that made it feel like you were seeing a home with a friend. He pointed out pros and cons of each house we saw, without being pushy and let us make our own decisions. While the process in this housing market was long and arduous, we wouldn’t have preferred anyone else guiding us. Definitely recommend and would absolutely use him again.
