Pam Luthi

Pam’s passion for real estate began more than 30 years ago and has continued to grow through a diverse and dynamic career spanning multiple facets of the industry. Her experience ranges from real estate tax and legal work to large-scale development projects and property management—each chapter adding depth to her expertise and dedication to serving clients with knowledge and care.

Pam’s journey began in Duluth, Georgia, with TransAmerica Real Estate Tax Service, where she worked as a Real Estate Tax Examiner. She later joined the law firm of Scoggins & Goodman, P.A. in Atlanta as a Legal Secretary, contributing to the development of two major commercial projects—The Mall of Georgia and Eisenhower Crossing—from the ground up.

In 2002, Pam relocated to the Florida Panhandle and joined the law firm of Burke Blue, P.A. as a Real Estate Closing Assistant. There, she worked on several high-profile condominium developments along Panama City Beach. Her career continued to expand at The St. Joe Company, where she served as a Legal Assistant to three attorneys, helping prepare documents related to the sale of the former airport property and the development of the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport.

In 2013, Pam earned her real estate license and transitioned into property management with Century 21 Commander Realty, where she helped oversee a portfolio of approximately 400 rental properties.

In 2016, she joined Counts Real Estate Group, working alongside Robbie Hughes in Panama City and combining her extensive background with a genuine commitment to helping clients navigate their real estate goals with confidence.

In 2026, Pam joined Coldwell Banker Realty, continuing her mission to serve buyers and sellers with the benefit of her decades of industry experience, local knowledge, and dedication to building lasting client relationships.

Fun Fact: Pam has been a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder for over 17 years! She also enjoys making custom mouse ears to share with fellow Disney fans visiting the park. 🎀🏰
