Pam was very helpful for my sister and in navigating the sale of our mother's home. Living in different cities with busy lives, Pam pulled all the pieces together for us, helped us navigate and understand all the paperwork necessary in this situation. Pam was also a great resource from mech contractors, to donation originations and the removal of all final debris. She was more than willing to meet with trades at the house when we were unavailable. This set the tone for the level of consistent, quick, and knowledgeable responses and interactions that we had with her from start to finish. Being first time homebuyers, Pamela knew when to interject with a fact or process knowledge and when to step back as my partner and I learned about buying a home and Pittsburgh in general (though Pamela did give us an excellent tour of some Pittsburgh neighborhoods when we first arrived since we didn't know where any of the neighborhoods were in relation to each other). Pamela was incredibly punctual, listened to us as our thoughts about our wants/needs changed, and found the answers to each of our questions and included the documentation for those answers. I never once felt that any of my questions were too basic or too nuanced; Pamela's answers were always frank, and clear.

As someone moving to Pittsburgh from out of state, Pam made the whole buying process easy and fun! She went out of her way to schedule multiple appointments back-to-back to make efficient use of our time when we were in town and previewed homes and FaceTimed us when we could not be there in person.
